Create a Publisher

1. Click Create New below the Publishers tab in the main window. The Create Publishers window appears:
   
   
2. Enter the Publisher Name- This is a required text field entry.
   
   
3. Enter the Publisher Username  - This is a required field entry.
   
   
4. Enter the Publisher Password - This is a required field entry.
   
   
5. Enter the Email Address for this Publisher.
   
   
6. Enter any Notes for this Publisher.
   
   
7. Select a Global Status for this Publisher.
   
   
8. Select the Assigned Regions for this Publisher.
   

Note: The Publisher will only be able to generate creative ad code for the regions you select.

9. Enter an Address 1 for this Publisher but it is not required
   
   
10. Enter an Address 2 for this Publisher but it is not required
    
    
11. Enter an City for this Publisher but it is not required
    
    
12. Enter an State for this Publisher but it is not required
    
    
13. Enter a Zip for this Publisher but it is not required
    
    
14. Select a Country for this Publisher
    
    
15. Enter an Phone Number for this Publisher but it is not required
    
    
16. Enter an Fax Number for this Publisher but it is not required
    
    
17. Enter a CPM Rate for this Publisher but it is not required
    
    
18. Enter a CPC Rate for this Publisher but it is not required
    
    
19. Enter a CPA Rate for this Publisher but it is not required
    
    
20. Enter a CPS Rate for this Publisher but it is not required
    
    
21. Enter any Billing Notes for this Publisher but it is not required
