Preferences

1. Click the Preferences below the Tools tab in the main window. The Preferences window appears
   
   
2. The Administrators Username - This is a predefined value
   

Note: This value is predefined by Revorg, LLC and CAN NOT be altered

3. Enter the Administrators Password - This is a required field entry
   
   
4. Enter the Password Encryption Key - This is a required field entry

Note: Once this value has been assigned, it CAN NOT be alterd.

5. Enter the Administrators Email - This is a required field entry
   
   
6. Select the Database Software option- This is a required field entry

Note: This option is not available in the Microsoft Access version.

6. Enter the Datasource Name - This is a required field entry

Note: For more information on settting up system data sources click here.

7. Select the Email Daily Summary Report option- This is a required field entry

Note: This allows you to automatically receive email and/or fax daily reports.  An additional fax module is required for faxing reports.

8. Select the Email Weekly Summary Report (Sun-Sat): option- This is a required field entry

Note: This allows you to automatically receive email and/or fax weekly reports.  An additional fax module is required for faxing reports.

9. The Web Site Root URL- This is a predefined value

Note: The Web site URL is also part of your encryption key.   This value is predefined by Revorg, LLC during registration and CAN NOT be altered.

10. The CFHTTP URL- Predefines to the current URL but can be changed because of firewall limitations

11. Enter the Web Site Root Absolute Path - This is a required field entry

Note: This value should be to the root of your Web site.  E.G. "C:\INETPUB\WWWROOT\"

12. Enter the Image Upload Absolute Path - This is a required field entry

Note: This value should be to the root of your Web site images folder.  E.G. "C:\INETPUB\WWWROOT\IMAGES\".  Subfolders will be created for every Web site (if multi-version) purchased and for every advertiser.  This allows you to keep a better management of creatives

13. Enter the Uploaded Images URL - This is a required field entry

Note: This value should be to the URL of your Web site images folder.  E.G. "http://www.yourdomain.com/images/"

14. Enter the Coldfusion Mapping

Note: Required for using Flash Remoting and CFINCLUDE syntax.

15. Enter the SMTP Mail Server - This is a required field entry

16. Select the Look & Feel option- This is a required field entry
