Create an Advertiser

1. Click Create New below the Advertisers tab in the main window. The Create Advertisers window appears:
   
   
2. Enter the Account Name- This is a required text field entry.
   
   
3. Enter the Account Username  - This is a required field entry.

4. Enter the Account Password - This is a required field entry.
   
   
5. Enter the Email Address for this Advertiser.
   
   
6. Enter any Notes for this Advertiser.
   
   
7. Select a Global Status for this Advertiser.
   
   
8. Select a Email Daily Summary Report option for this Advertiser.
   
   
9. Select a Email Weekly Summary Report option for this Advertiser.
   
   
10. Enter an Address 1 for this Advertiser but it is not required
    
    
11. Enter an Address 2 for this Advertiser but it is not required
    
    
12. Enter an City for this Advertiser but it is not required
    
    
13. Enter an State for this Advertiser but it is not required
    
    
14. Enter a Zip for this Advertiser but it is not required
    
    
15. Select a Country for this Advertiser
    
    
16. Enter an Phone Number for this Advertiser but it is not required
    
    
17. Enter an Fax Number for this Advertiser but it is not required
    
    
18. Enter a CPM Rate for this Advertiser but it is not required
    
    
19. Enter a CPC Rate for this Advertiser but it is not required
    
    
20. Enter a CPA Rate for this Advertiser but it is not required
    
    
21. Enter a CPS Rate for this Advertiser but it is not required
    
    
22. Enter any Billing Notes for this Advertiser but it is not required
