answers to your questions or problems. Please attempt to utilize
our online support resources
before contacting us directly via email or phone. There is a
good chance that our online resources may contain an answer
to your question or a resolution to your problem, which will
result in time saved by you and us both.
Support Forum
The Support Forum also contains tons of useful information provided
by Revorg, LLC and the community. When you post a message in
the Support Forum, there is a very good chance that the community
will answer your question. Some questions can be answered better
by the community who may have gone through similar experiences
themselves. Another benefit of posting your message in the Support
Forum is that the answer stays online as a valuable resource
for other customers in the future. If you feel that the answer
to your question might meet either of these criteria, please
consider using the Support Forum to get an answer to your question.
E-mail Support
If you prefer to e-mail us directly, you are more than welcome
to do so. We do ask that please try to use our online support
resources before e-mailing us and that you be patient in waiting
for a reply from us. Generally we will reply to your e-mail
in less than 2 business hours. However, there are times when
we are extremely busy with other clients and cannot reply to
your e-mail for longer periods of time. The only time that we
will make an exception to give a high priority to answering
your e-mail is when we deem your situation is an emergency.
For all other situations where there is no emergency, we need
to be fair to all of our clients and answer e-mail on a first
come first serve basis.
